Here's why the negative sense of self is blind: it doesn't want to see the smallest thing that challenges whatever it's become identified with; and yet (it is) unable to look at anything else...Which means it is not just a prisoner of what it resists, but (is its) unconscious keeper, as well.
The only true solution to any stress, anxiety, fear or frustration -- that rears its ugly head in unwanted moments -- is to do the (interior) work it takes to outgrow an unconscious, conflicted level of self that sees its pain as proof that it knows... the true nature of peace.

The only difference between spiritually sleeping people is the temporary nature of the dream they dream from which they have no choice but to be painfully awakened.
Only when I am one and the other, in the same moment, can desire be transcended and an altogether higher order of one's self be realized.
