Negative self-talk requires two things: first, that you lend your ear to some dark part of yourself while it spells out what's wrong with you, and that you then accept its judgment of you by sadly agreeing with its conclusion.

No true action ever has to justify itself, which means that even if you can whip up a hundred good reasons for treating someone badly, it still does nothing to change the simple fact that... you've acted wrongly.

A lesson learned is a day well-earned.

In the moment of any impression there is no being for or against that revelation. It is pure. There is nothing outside of that moment...
