The real reason life feels like it’s so full of hard choices that we have to make is because, in our spiritual sleep -- and in the dreams we dream therein -- we stand between a self-created “rock and a hard place”...
Never forget the truth that follows, and freedom is nearer than you think: no real spiritual effort is ever in vain, even when we’re given to see -- as result of our inner work -- some low estate into which we’ve temporarily fallen...
Part 1 The faster the mind moves, the further away we travel from where we really want to be. Part 2 The spiritual light we need -- to do and to be right in each passing moment -- is always present; what's missing (most of the time) is our willingness to stand within it!...

The events in our lives, and the lessons they bring with them, are not accidental any more than a mirror accidentally reflects what comes before it. What is accidental in these moments so ripe with the potential for one's spiritual growth is what takes place within us as we gaze into these ever-changing mirrors.
