We cannot fulfill who we are - all that we are created to be - in an imagined time to come, any more than a rose waits for the "right kind" of sunlight to reveal - and to realize - its natural beauty and grace.

No condition, in and of itself, is ever the cause of psychological stress, fear, or regret; suffering of this kind is inherent in an unseen, unconscious level of "self" that resists changing conditions because it is incapable of changing with them.

The more we struggle to fit into this world's idea of freedom, the more imprisoned we become for having assumed the shape of some fear that we may get left behind, or be otherwise misunderstood.

If we won't let love show us all that remains hidden within us - that hurts us, as it does those we would never want to harm - then it can't do its divinely appointed work of helping to heal us.

A sure sign that one is beginning to awaken, clearing away the veils that mask the entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven, is that – increasingly - one longs for the taste of Real Life... more than one hungers for still more individual life experiences.
