Exercise
Turn on the "Consciousness ID." In unwanted moments we find ourselves suddenly connected to an unconscious nature whose image of itself is an all-consuming sense of self-importance, identifiable by its indignant reactions. In reality, that moment creates in us a new impression where we can realize the revelations nested within it. The exercise is to explore any feeling of anger, anxiety, or fear when they appear. See what it is that's trying to connect you to that reaction. Turn on your "Consciousness ID" (i.e. "caller ID") and replace the usual reaction with the message, "You've reached the wrong number. The person you're trying to reach no longer lives at this number." Then hang up.
