The feeling of pressure within us is the conflict of the two forces of wanting and not-wanting at the same time.
Your life cannot come undone unless you get caught up in trying to ensure that you are the center of life.
The center of all things is in the observer of all things.
Anxiety and rushing are both part of a nature that is looking for balance. It does not see that it cannot create the balance that already exists.
The center is that which unites the interior and the exterior.
Use the feeling of imbalance to become aware of the balance that already exists.
Creation is never-endingly being reconciled. Creation in passing time is chaos that is forever being brought into balance.
