Summary

In this special talk on attention Guy explains that we must begin to separate ourselves from interior and exterior influences because presently, we are ruled by them. We are meant to be a co-creator in using what we've been given for its intended purpose. Revelation is integration and this is discovering the relationship with what is whole. But tension separates us from wholeness because it is the sensation of self that wants to take from the moment. If tense during our exercises, something is trying to take instead of being transformed. This new step in the attention exercise can help us see and release the tension and become interested in what lives from wholeness itself.
