Overcoming Fear
- We have been conditioned to believe that who we are is dependent upon conditions.
- Psychological fear is the belief that who we are can be threatened by exterior conditions.
- Fear needs to control the conditions that threaten the existence of that self-structure.
- You can't change conditions, but you can change your relationship to them. That's where fearlessness starts.
- Any fear that you feed is going to consume you in the end. Our resistance to anything that we fear only serves to fuel the fear. We are not created to serve fear.
- The condition reveals the consciousness in which the fear lives. The condition acts on behalf of the Divine.
- Fear of missing out is an ambitious nature fearing that it will not get what it wants.
- Nothing can be added to, and nothing can be taken away from, who you really are.
- Who needs to be special other than someone who lives in endless fear that he is not?
- Fear is your god whenever you turn to it in order to help you get through pain.
- A disruption in your personal plan serves to complete the plan of another order. The moment that you don't want is there to serve you.
- You can never be a fearless human being as long as you are too afraid to explore fear.
- Whatever is in your way is part of the way.
