Exercise
"Give the first taste to the king." There is no moment in which we are not being fed impressions from life. Anytime you feel a contraction as an impression strikes you, work to be aware so that you don't grab the first reaction that it brings. Instead allow the impression to be met by the "king" within you that knows what is true higher food and what is not. Let the king have the first taste and then you will know what to take in and what to set down.
