Let yourself be reorganized. In the moment of any big event, high or low, realize that any sensation of feeling "good" or "bad" is actually your identification with something that is passing in time. Work to remember the whole of yourself, which automatically brings you into another order of awareness and attention that instantly removes you from the pain of clinging to your old understanding about what the moment is for. When you feel the need to organize your life yourself by fixing, controlling, or changing something, recognize that this is actually the timeless life asking you, will you let me change you? Will you let me show you a new understanding that already awaits you within your consciousness? When you don't rely on the knee-jerk, negative reactions of your old understanding, you will find an inlet into another order of existence where everything you need to know, be, and do is organized for you, if you will accept its will.
