Exercise
Carry the lamp of light with you, and keep it lit, at all times, even when it doesn't seem like you need it. When the light shows you the darkness of yourself, actualize its invitation by being as present as you can to what you see. By loving what is true, even as it reveals what is untrue in you, the forces of transformation will be able to act upon you in ways you're not able to do for yourself.
