Part 1
To find the part of you that can love whatever any moment brings to you, is to realize the part of you that never fears or regrets anything that happens.

Until we understand the unseen relationship that exists between self and its wants, we can never know what it really means to be true to our Self.

As long as the highs and lows of pleasurable and painful moments in our lives remain the principle building blocks of what we "remember" -- so that we are subsequently further conditioned by these sensations – then we must remain slaves of the mind that seeks one and avoids the other while never knowing that the one is the other. But when we begin to want to remember a peace that isn't divided into "good and bad" parts, then we approach a life than is no longer subject to the suffering inherent in being identified with the natural swinging of the opposites.
