Listen for the Sound of Truth

We are presently one big incestuous circle. Anything that speaks to us outside of our image is unheard and rejected. Life is a constant communion, but we are outside it.  Our attention is taken by the sound of thought.

What does it mean to hear God?  Lessons always have in them a Truth for us. A truth brings an end to the divided self. Maybe I haven't changed because all I do is listen to myself.

"Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth." A meek person is one who receives guidance well and listens. What doesn't want to receive guidance is a guidance unto itself. If you would stop talking to yourself about what you don't want, you'd find out that you don't have to have it.

If we'd listen, we would hear the sound of our anxiety.

We are able to receive things that require nothing else for me to be whole.  Learn to listen. Practice silence and stillness.
