Part 1

The main reason it's wise to learn to listen to one's own heart -- whenever we can step out of the rush and remember to do so -- is because there's much more to be learned from the parts of us that don't "speak" in words... than those that do.

Part 2

Feel what you see,
See what you feel;
When the two are one,
There shall I be.

Exercise

"Feel what you see, and see what you feel." Spend time deliberately looking at something and feeling what you see. You will need to be empty, not allowing anything within you to change what you see. Then work to see what you feel, which requires that you be active in the moment. You can't separate pure seeing from pure feeling. In this act of double attention, where the active and passive worlds are married, you let the Divine tell you about yourself and your relationship to It.
