In this Saturday discussion a student asks for clarification on the principle of identification. Guy tells us that to begin to catch the waves of identification that eventually lead to suffering, we must properly divide our attention and give it fully to both our interior and exterior worlds. Then we have an opportunity to catch passing thoughts before we're taken over by them, and little by little, the presence of the unmovable is seeded within us.
