What can be new for us if we do nothing but look outside of ourselves in the attempt to confirm the image we have of ourselves?

To be a true "co-creator" simply means that you understand your relationship to the whole. It means that you understand your role within that whole.

Most of us don't know that we are actually alive because our attention is fixated outside of ourselves measuring whether or not the moment can serve us.

The world worships the idea of "the good life." But hopefully one day we will realize that nothing can be good if we are a wreck.

You want people to see you as someone who is doing spiritual work. All of that has to go.

The self makes a self out of every impression. But what if the purpose of impressions is not to make a self?

There is always suffering in creation. Our task is to share in the suffering of our Father. Typically however, when we see others suffering, we want nothing to do with it.

You have to see it all. Not what you want to see or what you don't want to see. Give yourself to that which wants to show you everything about yourself. Learn to love what you are being given to see.

There is nothing more encouraging than revelation, regardless of what is revealed to you.

We are afraid of our own reactions. We have become worshippers of the fear we have of our own reactions.

The observation of 'I' sits above the 'I' that it is observing. There is no 'I' in true observation.

When you are in perfect agreement with life, there is no conversation with yourself.

What if there is no destination? What if judgment is the analysis of where you are versus where you think you should be?

We are afraid of being overwhelmed by anything. We want to be in constant control over everything that is taking place. The only reason why we feel overwhelmed is because we don't want to be. What we are overwhelmed by is our own resistance, and it's not even our resistance.
