"You're it!" Catch those moments when you find yourself anxious, judging, blaming, or angry, and say inwardly to that nature, "You're IT." When you are able to observe the state and say "you're it" or "that's it," then there is some separation from the state. Discover everything you can about that lower creature that wants to draw your attention. The more you learn about that nature, the less likely you will be it.
