Don't Be DUUM! Catch the mind when it is involved in Dark, Useless, Unnecessary Movement -- worrying, reliving the past, incessant judging, wondering what others think of you. See that a wave that began deep inside you has manifested itself outwardly through wringing your hands, tension, assuming a particular posture. Instead of being a servant to this level of consciousness that only wants the sensation of being in movement, work to be as still as possible and then ask yourself, has all this thinking and running ever added one thing to my life? As you begin to see "there's nothing in it for me" you will have the courage to align yourself with the awareness of that discovery and all that it reveals. The more you discover, the more the pearl that is already within you will shine.
