Exercise

"Be at peace." When you hear something in you say, "be anxious, be worried, be afraid" -- choose to be at peace instead. This is what it means to "choose to be chosen." Inside of you lives a conscience, a Real I that is peace itself, that knows that everything is as it should be Now. If you will just let the moment be as it is, you will be a part of the peace that is inherent in life continuing to perfect itself.
