Exercise

When you catch resistance in you starting to push back against life, don't go along with it, but also don't deny it. Work to 'be' it by bringing it fully into your awareness, which is the same as bringing it into yourself. When you do nothing towards the negativity, you allow it to be used as a connection between heaven and earth.
