Exercise

"We have no choice but to repeat in life what we don't complete in life." When a disturbance comes, work to complete the moment by seeing "the pair" -- the unreconciled part of you (passive force) and the event it has attracted (active force) in order to be reconciled and harmonized. Realize that your first task is to be a witness to the moment, not an "experiencer" of it. Conscious pairing releases us from carry overs and puts us in communion with that which has given us life.
