Our eCourses focus on specific topics, building your understanding through a series of related talks. Most eCourses include MP3 audio and MP4 video formats you can play online.
Don't save yourself. In a moment when you see that you are trying to save yourself by justifying, explaining, avoiding, or condemning yourself... stop and see that you are in fact trying to save yourself. Instead, suffer this level of self as best you can by remaining there and watching. In this moment of revelation, realize and remember that who you really are does not need to save or protect itself, and then let go of what you can now see as being false, harmful, and unnecessary. Learn to recognize the distinct feeling that comes with being in this new relationship with a higher order of being that reveals and changes the lower. This higher order of being is conscience, and your relationship with it is strengthened every time you refuse to save yourself in favor of revelation of yourself.
