Exercise

Write down the weak traits within you, and when they appear work to observe them instead of identifying with them. See that anything in you that wants to talk about the weakness is actually trying to bury it. Go quiet so you can collect facts about the quality of the weakness, and gradually you will come to recognize that it is not "I."
