When you catch 'Simon' talking to you, come to a complete stop, bring yourself back into the present moment, look inwardly and ask, who is talking to me? Allow the moment to be naturally balanced through your conscious awareness of Simon's suggestions, instead of unconsciously doing what Simon Says.
