Exercise

Realize that anytime you've been caught in some type of dark state that you've "stepped on a color" and identified with something that wants to have its own continuity. In these moments, what's needed to break that cycle is not thought about it, but another order of awareness that knows "That's Not I." You step into this inclusive awareness anytime you remember yourself, by simultaneously bringing an awareness of your body together with your remembrance of the Divine.
