Watch for the appearance of the "not yet" nature in you, such as when you make a mistake and immediately judge yourself or blame others to avoid seeing the truth of yourself. Realize the need to bring that undeveloped nature more fully into the light of your awareness so that what has been unconscious in you can be integrated into the next level of your consciousness. See how long you can stay silent and present to "not yet" so that it may be transformed into "I am."
