In this short talk Guy adds a postscript to his full-length talk, ""Start Standing on Your Own Two Feet"", in which he clarifies that if we truly see that when we are angry, anxious, or worried we actually become the state of anger, anxiety or worry, then we also see that we are powerless in the face of that state. If it is our sincere wish to be different, we must work to become aware of the powerlessness and ask for help. By asking for help and not trying to give ourselves power to reconcile the state on our own, we stay with what is true and allow authentic reconciliation to do its work.
