- What we call "experience" is a relationship between our outer and inner worlds.
- Nothing empowers us more than self-knowledge.
- It's not the condition we need to let go of but our attachment to it.
- If we're not present to reactions then we're ruled by the emotions that fuel them.
- We must be present to ourselves if we wish to discern the difference between what is helpful vs. what is hurtful.
- What you resist, persists.
- True spiritual ideas are not drive-thru knowledge, they require you work with them.
- You can't control a condition until you understand your actual experience of it.
- Resistance is the father of all negativity.
- If you fear losing control, you've already lost control.
- Meeting a challenge or limitation is not life denying you, it's life inviting you to discover how to transcend it in order to move into another level of yourself.
