This special talk is another in the series of discussions on attention. In this exercise we learn a new way in which we can work to see that presently our attention belongs to mechanical, habitual patterns. But we have the capacity to place our attention where we choose. This exercise focuses on impressions and the opposites to bring our awareness to what is whole. Please note that a period of silence is included for practice of the exercise, after which Guy will continue the talk.
