"I will be with you." Watch for the nature that pushes people away when they are in a negative state. See that the vibration of another person's pain is resonating with the same pain within you. Make a list of your unconscious reactions to deflect the pain you're feeling: for instance, placating a complainer, getting impatient, or dismissing another person altogether. Discover what it means to love thy neighbor as thyself by consciously suffering yourself -- the only way you can "be with" someone is by laying yourself down. "Someone has to be seen, and someone has to see. It's the union of the twain that proves them the same."
