Your unawareness of the resistance that appears in unwanted moments proves there is something you don't understand about what is taking place. The real source of pain is being separated from what the moment is trying to teach you. Learn to persist with your wish to know something higher and understand the patience it takes to bear yourself in the moment until the something is revealed.
