What’s Keeping Me from Being at Peace with Life?

A Small Glimpse into the Bay of Heaven (As Above, So Below) 

I feel the waters of the bay; they move me. They mingle with my senses, causing them to tremble, much as a silk web responds to the breeze that passes through it.

The bay mirrors all the natural forces of Life. It feels them as it reflects all of their movement, all in the same moment, silently blending their relationship into a single recital. And this celestially balanced chaos would not be seen were it not for the waters of the bay longing to return to and regain their native stillness.

Yet even then, as it rests from its ceaseless labor of giving shape to all that enters it, even then its work is not done. Now its calmed waters capture and reflect a world above it—shimmering forms that weigh nothing save for the light that reveals them.
