Classroom Talk: 11/13/2024 - How desire always imagines a solution to whatever our painful problem may be, often seeming to arrive at what feels like the perfect answer. But, desire itself is imperfect, because it is the incomplete work of an incomplete nature... trying to perfect itself as it imagines it must in order to be free. And yet, as paradoxical as it may seem, it is only through our awareness of imperfection that the light of the Divine reveals...

Classroom Talk: 11/06/2024 - The growth of our soul rarely unfolds in a light that we recognize as such. Many times darkness is the medium, sorrow the seed, and the subsequent humility conceived in these trials...is the divine garden in which flowers our soul.

Classroom Talk: 10/30/2024 - The fear of what may lie just ahead does not exist without the unconscious parts of us clinging - painfully - to what no longer serves the purpose for which it was originally created.

Classroom Talk: 10/23/2024 - No moment is painful in and of itself; any conflict, or suffering ascribed to it is a dark creation of our own unconscious, negative assessment of it.

Classroom Talk: 10/16/2024 - In time, with enough struggle and effort, we can make of ourselves a momentary ruler of whatever kingdom we set out to create; but only when - and as - we learn what it means to rule ourselves do we lose nothing when that kingdom fades away...as must all creations in time.

Classroom Talk: 9/11/2024 - For anyone with ears to hear, there is but one question and one answer: will we wait patiently for a single moment of relationship with what is eternal and real? Where - by the ineffable touch of something as unknowable as it is timeless - all the moments of our life - past, present, and future - are forever changed? Otherwise, we waste the precious few moments of our life chasing the pleasure of an imagined time to come that recedes from our grasp in the same instant that we reach for it.

Classroom Talk: 9/4/2024 - When any lie is passed down from one generation to the next, it not only becomes what is believed as being true but, as such, becomes the unsuspected seed of fear, mistrust, doubt, and the pain of unseen self-conflict.
