- Everything we encounter is intended for the education of the soul. Both wanted and unwanted moments.
- Any question that you ask is only as valid as it is sincere.
- You cannot find peace in a future to come because the image of the future comes with the fear that something in life will interfere with the image.
- There is no such thing as psychological fear without negative imagination.
- Connect the pain with what is producing it, which is an unconscious nature and the identification with it.
- Anything that promises freedom from fear is part of the fear itself. Fear becomes the false guide.
- You discover things about yourself through your relationships.
- True freedom is the unconditional willingness to experience yourself as you are in each and every moment.
- You will never be free of any psychological pain that you are trying to get rid of. The light of awareness beings everything into reconciliation, which we agree to go through.
- Change starts to happen when you realize that you cannot avoid yourself.
