Our one True Task in Life is... to complete the moment as we are given to it. This is the first agreement; and in our obedience (to it) is found not only our freedom... but also the assurance of knowing that whatever sacrifice we must make to that greater end ensures all that follows is always in the best interest of everyone, and everything around us.

Student Talks: 06/13/2025 - The great universal misperception that secretly drives human conflict ­– with all of its sorrow and pain – is that the meaning of life is to be found somewhere outside of our own heart and mind.

Student Talks: 3/14/2025 - We can't change others – or, for that matter, the purpose of any given moment as it unfolds – but we can work to place one less demand on both. Only in this action can we hope to find the freedom for which we seek, because the only thing that imprisons us – in the end – is our resistance to whatever runs against our deeply seated demands.

Where is tomorrow's fear other than in today's imagination? And, if this is true -- and IT IS -- then what to do with our attention in the here and now? Let it be swallowed up in the dark shadow of what "may be"...or hold it in the Light of awareness where no shadow can dwell, let alone its fear?

Student Talks: 9/27/2024 - Key Lesson: You are a creation of the Deep; drawn to explore not just an unknowable mystery, but to take an unimaginable journey into the depths of an unnameable Being...and all without having to take a single step outside of yourself.

If we can't give the whole of our attention to someone -- or, for that matter, to any moment -- then we can't listen. If we can't listen, we can't possibly hear the whole story. And if we can't hear the whole story, then how can we ever hope to understand, let alone realize our actual role in it.

Student Talks: 10/27/2023 - Key Lesson: Any time the mind makes a "package" out of some unwanted moment -- wrapping its reaction (to it) in familiar troubled thoughts, and negative feelings -- it does so at the cost of exchanging a priceless gift it's been given... in favor of giving itself another painful experience (of itself) that it doesn't know it's created for itself!

Student Talks: 6/30/2023 - Key Lesson: Part 1: Enlightenment is instantaneous, but keeping the lights on is another story altogether! Part 2: Intention is the front runner of a race yet to be run, a new order of will yet to be tested, but waiting to be realized.
