God's Will

In this answer to a viewer's question, "letting go" author Guy Finley talks about how our lives are reorganized when we start to see that our own will is in conflict with Life's Will. The Divine knows what we need before we know it. When we see that with more clarity, then that observation will organize our mind in such a way that we will begin to recognize what the Divine is revealing to us in each moment.

Topics covered:  If the Kingdom of Heaven is within, then there is no distance between you and the Kingdom, and it takes no time to get there. Whatever is keeping you from knowing that must be something that sits outside of the Kingdom; It is impossible to resist "what is" without there being within us some unseen presence of a fixed position that is already in place. There cannot be a struggle with "what is" without the presence of something that is fixed.

Topics covered:  When I am caught up in some conflict in my life, I unconsciously turn to the nature responsible for that conflict to end it, but it can't do it; "The way the wise man became wise is that he stopped answering his own questions." -Vernon Howard; The answer I come up with to address a problem may temporarily resolve it or give me a way to navigate around it, but I keep coming back to the same problems, which means the consciousness that created them never changed.

Classroom Talk: 10/23/2024 - No moment is painful in and of itself; any conflict, or suffering ascribed to it is a dark creation of our own unconscious, negative assessment of it.
