This interior life that we are supposed to have access to and live within is ostensibly kept from us because of this nature that we live from that wants to know what it is, what it's to do, how it's to do it – at all costs, all the time – and so we miss the truth that what we are from moment to moment is what determines our experience of the moment we are in...
We can't really know love's power to free us, to fulfill us through our relationships, until we gain some totally new ideas about how to see, and then interact with others. Not just a rehash of our past failed viewpoint; we know that path is powerless to heal the aching heart. An altogether higher view is called for. Meditation Talk: 3/8/2019 - Here's the last thing we want to see, but that should be first on our list of things to realize: we create the experience of any unwanted moment in our life. How can that be true? Because our experience of life is inseparable from the level of (our) consciousness defining it moment-to-moment. And, if true, which it is, it goes to...

The main reason why nothing of lasting value can be taken from any moment is because it's only the Presence of the moment itself that's truly valuable.
Student Talks: 1/24/2020 - Key Lesson: Our mind is at last our own only when we can give it fully to the moment at hand, regardless of what life seems to hand us in that moment.
