Let yourself be reorganized. In the moment of any big event, high or low, realize that any sensation of feeling "good" or "bad" is actually your identification with something that is passing in time. Work to remember the whole of yourself, which automatically brings you into another order of awareness and attention that instantly removes you from the pain of clinging to your old understanding about what the moment is for.
