In much the same way, the soul is a seed; relationships are its ground; and what grows when all is properly cared for... is unconditional Love.

Student Talks: 05/2/2025 - For us, death – even as we “learn to live” in its fearsome shadow – seems to mark the end of all that we have known; a looming “last show” when the theatre will be closed, and the final curtain drawn. But, there is another kind of death; and it is the end of fear: rebirth realized in the voluntary sacrifice, and concurrent death of the “knower”.

Remastered Classic Talk: 3/16/16 - All of our relationships, in particular the one we have with those we love, exist for a dual purpose, along with its great promise: first, most of us understand that our partner in life is there to help us grow, to awaken and stir in us, accordingly, an awareness of love's highest possibilities. But the other -- and equally important half of this same purpose and promise -- without which the first part can't succeed -- is as follows: our partner in life is also there to help us see everything in us that now stands in the way of our coming to realize this same higher love.

Stop believing that it is other people and circumstances that make life hard on you; We go to war with people whenever they deny us something that we think we are owed; Do your solutions bring an end to having enemies? If they did, the world would have stopped making war long ago.

Topics covered:  You can't know with your mind what is calling you to make the interior journey that saints and sages have spoken about; "Out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing there is a field. I’ll meet you there." -- Jalal al-Din Rumi -- "For he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." -- New Testament -- These two passages are essentially saying the same thing; Part of the interior journey is to enter into another order of being that allows for the opposites to pass through its field of awareness, but is never defined by those opposites.

Classroom Talk: 12/11/2024 - There is no greater power for healing than the love of what is True; by its light we see and discover that every moment of our life bears a message just for us, and that if we will attend to that lesson, as honestly as we can, we are that much freer than the moment before. Persist with your wish to know the truth of yourself; use everything, and everything will serve your wish.

Topics covered:  The world we live in is both a laboratory and a gymnasium, in which we are intended to experiment and exercise in order to discover why we are here; The world cannot give you what you are really looking for. You eventually realize that you have to look someplace else; There is no such tomorrow that will ever free you from what you believe holds you captive.

Being renewed by Love -- and being willing to begin our life all over again -- are one and the same interior action. Learn what it means to do the latter and the freedom of the former will prove itself time and time again.

Student Talks: 9/6/2024 - Key Lesson: As surely as planting a lemon seed will grow a tree full of lemons, so is the following true: any solution that begins with resisting (the pain of) some unwanted experience will not only prove itself fruitless, but always give birth to more of the same!
