There is one essential reason why there is so much constant heartache and war on this earth, and why conflict has continued as it has down through the ages. The answer may surprise you. We do not understand the nature of our own pain -- our suffering. Billions of us live with almost no understanding of how much hurt lies hidden in our hearts and minds; in this case, ignorance is not bliss.
Classroom Talk: 11/26/2003 - It isn't until the ground drops out from beneath us for the hundredth time that we suddenly realize falling down is not our only option. Faintly, but surely, if we will listen, another Law in our own nature calls us to realize its power: we can catch, suspend, and drop our own weighted reactions. Classroom Talk: 02/02/2025 - Nothing created has (a) weakness that isn't (already) married to a strength that fulfills its purpose. The only exception to this celestial law is found in an unconscious nature that imagines it has some strength of its own, and that - for having become identified with the illusion of this false image - lives in constant fear of anything that comes along to challenge its dream.
Topics covered: We can have a completely different kind of life; Real joy is only found when we at last begin to suspect that the world's ideas of joy are conditional and subject to passing time; Experiences that we create for ourselves are based in a set of conditions that, under law, will change; What it means to experience creation itself and our role and place in this broader life.

Student Talks: 9/1/2023 - Key Lesson: No one is obligated to "love thy neighbor as thyself," let alone to seek and find one's place in the Great Circle of Life; yet, "it is written" in the stars themselves: all must eventually pay for what they have done against themselves, or others. For Justice through balance is Divine Law, enforced by its tireless, unfailing love...
The truth is that letting go is very simple and, above all, natural; as natural for you and I as it is for a tree to shed the heavy, sun-ripened fruit that clings to its branches. Why? Because both man and tree, in fact all living things, are created to drop what is no longer needed. For the tree, the falling fruit carries its matured seed to the ground. No unnatural force is necessary. In a similar fashion -- that is to say, under higher but equally exacting laws...
Whatever we try to go around in ourselves guarantees it will come around again, which is why the things we fear in life and about ourselves always tend to reappear...
It's always the right time to discover something new and true about our own nature...
