Part 2: It's impossible to feel real life and to fear it at the same time.

Whether it's issues concerning health, relationships, or some other heartache... letting go is the central theme of this life; we can either agree with its great lesson and learn to release our resistance to unwanted moments... or cling and cry, and continue serving a suffering that changes nothing.

Remastered Classic Talk: 01/27/16 - The only way it's possible to be punished by some mistaken action on our part... is if we make the second mistake: allowing the same level of self that we followed into that "pit" to condemn and then punish us for the very misstep that it first assured us was the right one to take!

Whether it's health, relationships, or some other heartache letting go is the true theme of this life; we can either agree with its great lesson, or resist it by giving ourselves over to negative reactions -- the difference being whether we awaken to a whole new order of ourselves or continue to suffer for nothing.

The only way we can be released from any painful sense of false responsibility is to see that it is based in a false belief.

Classroom Talk: 4/30/2023 - The witness to experience is not bound by it, any more than a clear sky can be captured by a passing cloud, or a sound can seize the ear that hears it.

We can either spend our lives shaking in fear each time an unwanted moment arrives -- trying to protect ourselves from it -- or we can use that same situation to see through the false self that believes being fearful can lead to the end of being afraid.
